Greg Hewitt, Managing Director of Warrington based lubricant manufacturer, Rock Oil will be speaking about the mental challenges of preparing for and competing in the Marathon des Sables, and how the strategies employed can be used in tackling issues both in everyday life and in running a business. Expect an honest account of the highs and lows of completing 6 marathons in 7 days in the depths of the Sahara Desert where the temperatures reached 57C.
Elf Dash at Gullivers World
It's just £15 per person to join the Elf Dash and £5 from every ticket will be donated to Warrington & Halton Teaching Hospitals Charity and Warrington Youth Zone. Start the Christmas season in style and support two fantastic charities along the way. Tickets include a place on the Elf Dash, elf hat, medal, theme park entry and a grotto visit to meet Father Christmas (both valid for the same day as the Elf Dash).
What to expect: 9.30am Arrival:
- Registration: you'll receive your theme park ticket & grotto check-in time
- 10am: Elf Dash begins. It's only 1 mile!
- 10:30am: Theme Park entry, enjoy the festive rides and attractions.

If anyone would like to buy and donate their tickets for families who may not have the funds to go, they can do so by buying their tickets and sending the confirmation email to sarah.brennan@wyz.org.uk All donated tickets will be shared between both charities and given to families so they can enjoy a magical experience without the financial worry.
Breakfast with Santa

This special event will take place at Warrington Youth Zone, Dallam Lane, Warrington, WA2 7NG.
On arrival meet Santa’s elves to check if you're on the naughty or nice list before you join in with the festive activities, gingerbread decorating, making reindeer dust and more!
Start your day with a delicious hot buffet breakfast spread. While you enjoy your meal, Santa will make his grand entrance, spreading joy and cheer to everyone.
This event promises a delightful experience for families and friends. Children will have the opportunity to interact with Santa, share their wish lists, and receive a small surprise gift. Don't forget to bring your camera to capture these precious moments!
Make sure to arrive by 9:00 AM and enjoy the full festive atmosphere. Limited spaces are available, so early booking is recommended. Come along and create lasting memories at Breakfast with Santa!
