We were shortlisted last year but just missed out on the award, but receiving a nomination for the second year in a row celebrates our team’s commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to our clients at Rutherford House, and we are thrilled to be named among the finalists in such a highly competitive category.

The FlexSA awards recognise the best in the flexible workspace industry, and the Excellence in Customer Service category highlights centres that go above and beyond to provide exceptional support and create welcoming, productive environments for clients. Centre Manager Sam Snelson shares her delight: “I’m so thrilled to be nominated, we work hard to ensure that clients feel valued and supported every step of the way and I’m so pleased to see our work recognised in this nomination. Fingers crossed we bring the award home!”

Richard Johnson, Managing Director of UBC, shared his pride in the team’s accomplishment: “The nomination for Excellence in Customer Service is well-deserved recognition for the Warrington team. Their dedication to creating a positive and supportive environment shines through in the feedback we receive from clients and is integral to our mission at UBC. I’m incredibly proud of their hard work and commitment. No wonder they won “Centre of the Year” at last year’s internal awards!”
