At Dunky’s Day Nurseries, like most industries, recruitment is becoming a little more challenging than previous years. As we are growing as a Company, the need for more qualified staff grows with it. However, we are remaining steadfast in recruiting quality staff and also encouraging our own staff to apply for promotion to further their professional development.
At Dunky’s, we pride ourselves on listening to our staff and encouraging their ideas as we believe happy staff have made our company the success it is today. Recently, one of our staff came up with the idea of listing all our extra benefits by creating a “Staff Benefits Board”, which she then shared with all our nurseries. Now, all our nurseries have one of these in their staffroom which makes all the staff aware of all the benefits that they can access. Often staff are not aware of all these extras.
