Search-driven content agency No Brainer has been recognised as one of the UK marketing sector’s best places to work.
The business, fresh from winning two gongs at the Digital PR awards this summer, has been listed in the prestigious Great Place to Work’s ‘Best Workplaces in Advertising, Media & Marketing’ in the Small & Medium category.
The listing found No Brainer’s exceptional employee experience and workplace culture allowed employees to thrive, with the business one of just 60 from the entire UK industry to be listed.
It follows a period of impressive awards success for the Cheshire-based agency, which picked up two UK Digital PR Awards in July – in addition to this month being shortlisted for four UK Search Awards for work with brands including Checkatrade and Places for People.
Lee Cullen, co-founder of No Brainer, which is based in Stockton Heath, near Warrington, said: “This recognition is a testament to the incredible team we have built and the culture we’ve worked hard to nurture over the years at No Brainer.
“As an agency, we’ve always believed that when people are supported, empowered, and valued, they do their best work, and this award reflects that commitment to our people.
“We are a purpose-led company at our core, from our WIRED values to our B-Corp certification, and we’re very proud of the culture we have created and continue to shape.”
Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, recognised worldwide by employees and employers alike for identifying outstanding employee experiences.
This week’s listing follows the agency’s wider Great Place to Work accreditation that came at the end of 2023, which found 95% employee satisfaction; and impressive evaluation results in areas such as Support (98%), Respect (97%), Collaboration (97%), Caring (97%), Fairness (97%) and competence (97%).
