Founder, James Perryman has recently qualified as an OKR Coach with Bolton based firm There Be Giants and is looking forward to working with them on client projects. OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are becoming an increasingly adopted way for companies wanting to drive innovation, change and growth, recognising that deploying traditional SMART objectives doesn’t bring the right transparency, accountability or collaboration. James said “I worked with There Be Giants during a consultancy project at AO.com and felt really aligned with their values and work ethos. OKRs are really exciting to work with and demonstrate a desire for businesses of any size to drive higher performance. I’ve also been enrolled on their OKR Master programme so can’t wait to share this new expertise with clients!”.
Having experienced James deliver a couple of courses earlier this year, St Helen’s Chamber of Commerce invited Momentus to formalise a 6-month partnership, starting September 2021 to run a number of courses, specifically:
- Self Awareness and Personal Development
- Becoming a Great Manager
- Creating a High Performance Culture
The Chambers’ brochure is in the final stages of being produced and will include more details of the courses and the dates on offer. In being awarded this partnership, James said “Having run some courses with the Chamber earlier this year, this commitment demonstrates the increasing impact we're having on businesses in the North West”.
