• Who are you?
Peak Networks, as an IT MSP (Managed Service Provider), functions like a one-stop shop for all your technology needs. They specialize in overseeing and handling a broad range of IT services, including telecommunications and mobile services. In simpler terms, think of them as a tech expert team you can rely on for everything from setting up your office computers and keeping them running smoothly, to ensuring you have the right phone systems and mobile plans that suit your business needs. They manage the technical stuff, so you don't have to, making sure your business stays connected and up-to-date with technology.
• What sets you apart from the competition?
The personal touch! At Peak Networks we don’t believe IT should be transactional. We learn your business and your team to understand your needs at an individual basis. We also pride ourselves on providing the IT service you want and need. We don’t hide behind emails and ticketing systems. If you want to speak to us then you can always pick up the phone!
• How did the business come about?
Peak Networks was born through the ideas of its Founders Ryan Snelson and Dan Kean. Having worked together for the past 10 years it was time to start providing the service people wanted.
• What are your main target markets?
While we might not have specific target markets, we target all businesses in the need of IT. With decades of experience in various sectors from Design, Fashion, Legal, BioPharm and many more we have an extensive knowledge we believe can help all businesses.
• How long has your business been in existence? Just under a year
• How many staff do you employ? 5
• What job or achievement makes you most proud?
I actually believe building Peak to provide what it does and how it does now is my proudest achievement. Its been a whirlwind few months and its great to see it growing at such pace with an amazing group of people.
• Where do you see the business being in five years?
In five years, id like to see us expand our services further and our team grow while keeping that personal touch with our customers.
• Tell us one interesting thing about the business that might surprise us?
While our main office is based in Chorley, we have engineers based all over the North West supporting over 50 offices around the country already!
• Tell us one interesting thing about you that people might not know? (ie, hobbies, amusing fact, etc)
I once appeared on Sky Ones game show Wild Things, alongside my dad. I spent a week down south dressed up as a giant blindfolded duck running around a forest !
