Aaron & Partners are the only Chester-based team ranked in the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide, which also listed senior solicitors from the firm, Clive Pointon and James Wallace
A team of Solicitors from Chester-based law firm Aaron and Partners have been named the best in the region for private wealth law services in a prestigious industry guide.
The firm’s 17-strong Wills, Trusts and Tax team earned a band one rank – the highest available – from Chambers and Partners for its expertise in disputes and dealing with high-net-worth cases.
Aaron & Partners were also the only Chester firm named in the top rankings for private wealth disputes in the North West, with only three law firms achieving band one status.
The independent guide, which provides rankings for over 5,200 UK-based legal departments, is widely recognised as a leading authority for identifying the best law firms and solicitors across the UK.
The 2021 rankings also recognised the work of Clive Pointon, Partner and Head of Wills Trusts, and Tax, for his ‘vast, in-depth knowledge’, making him the only Chester-based solicitor in band one for private wealth law services.
James Wallace, Contested Wills, Trusts & Estates Partner, is also listed in band one for the Northwest after he was noted for his ‘clear, practical advice and clarity of thinking’ in dealing with contentious private client matters.
The Wills, Trusts and Tax team at Aaron and Partners has been working to support clients in Cheshire and across the UK over the last 20 years. The team also has a strong presence in Shropshire with a dedicated office in the region.
